Local Development Plan Timetable

The time table is to be found on pages 8 and 9 of this document - East Dunbartonshire Local Development Plan Development Plan Scheme May 2014 May - Nov 2015 – assessment of responses and preparation for examination. Dec 2015 – submission to Scottish Ministers. Feb - Jul 2016 – examination (by a Reporter appointed by the SG). Aug 2016 – Report of Examination published. Sep-Oct 2016 – preparation of Proposed Plan as Modified. Nov 2016 – send Proposed Plan as Modified to Scottish Ministers. Dec 2016 - Implement and monitor the Local Development Plan. Adoption of the Local Development Plan (minimum 4 weeks after sending to Scottish Ministers) Mar 2017 - adopt and publish Action Programme.
